Outside Loading Zone Pick Up Areas:
Your driver will be waiting at the meet & greet Pre-Arranged loading zone listed below with your name on a sign.
Terminal 1:
All arrivals meet driver at Pre-Arranged 1. Exit at baggage claim 6.
Terminal 2:
International arrivals (International flights requiring customs & immigration clearance) meet driver at Pre-Arranged 3. Exit at Exit #2.
Terminal 2:
Domestic arrivals (U.S. Mainland & Canada flights) meet driver at Pre-Arranged 5. Exit at baggage claim 31.
Terminal 3: All arrivals meet driver at Pre-Arranged loading zone.

For all reservations, please provide your flight arrival details so we can track and anticipate your arrival. If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to accommodate the changes and reschedule your transfer within our operating hours.
If you experience a delay, notify our office as soon as possible.
For cancellations, we offer a credit that can be applied to a rescheduled transfer.

You can change your reservation within 48hrs by calling
or email us with your confirmation number to make any changes.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the service date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service date will not be refunded and will incur a 100% charge. Reservations made within 24 hours of the service date are non-refundable if canceled and will also incur a 100% charge. No-shows will result in a 100% charge. Emergency cancellations due to extenuating circumstances within 24 hours of the service date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation.

Please ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate, as Luxury VIP Transportation will not be held responsible for errors made by guests. We understand that mistakes can occur, so we encourage you to carefully review your reservation confirmation email and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be received before service is provided. For larger reservations, a 50% deposit is accepted at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the service date. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
